Truly they very easy and straightforward purchase. I work a lot and don't have time. These guys handled everything. The pergola and fire pit setup completely changed our backyard. The only reason I gave four stars is because it ended up taking them an extra day to finish everything.

What if I want to return my product?
Most sales are final. However, in some cases, we can offer an 80% refund if the item is returned. If eligible, one of our technicians will come to your home to pack up the item and complete the refund process on the spot. Please note that it may take up to 21 days for the refund to be fully processed.
When will I get my order?
Your product will be delivered on the day of your scheduled installation—no need to worry about storage or handling anything beforehand.
We take care of the entire process, so everything arrives ready to be installed and enjoyed the same day.
What to expect the delivery day?
Your experience will vary slightly depending on the product you’ve selected. Most of our installations are built on-site at your home, but in some cases—especially during bad weather—we may pre-assemble your product in our warehouse and deliver it fully built the same day.
Either way, the process is simple and designed to be hassle-free.
Before your install day, one of our team members will reach out to confirm all the details. In some cases, we may schedule a quick visit to your property to finalize the plan and ensure everything goes smoothly.
On the day of installation, our team will arrive and check in with you (if you’ve chosen to be home), then get straight to work. Once everything is complete, you’ll receive a text notification letting you know your product is finished and ready to enjoy.
