In most areas you can build a shed up to 120 sq ft without a permit. If it is larger than that a permit may be required. Each city and county is different, it is recommended to contact your city or county for details. If a permit is needed we can provide all the engineering needed, customers are responsible for pulling their own permits though.

Note* If a permit is required each Jurisdiction's requirements are different. The most common options needed are anchors (high wind option $200), stamped engineering ($500), and the permit cost itself is usually $150-$300. With most permitted structures please budget between $600-$1000 additional to shed price for extra options and permit cost itself.
